TREASURER NEEDED

The Sudbury Canoe Club is looking for a volunteer to fill the Treasurer position on our board of directors for 2025.

Roles and responsibilities include:

  • Managing Sudbury Canoe Club bank accounts

  • Working with the accounting firm for year-end financial statements

  • Managing annual club membership fees and invoicing

  • Club bill payments and expense reimbursements

  • HST filing

  • Employee financials, including:

    • Payroll

    • On-boarding

    • WSIB filing

    • ROE filing

    • T4 statements

  • Monthly board meetings

The Sudbury Canoe Club is a not-for-profit community organization that is volunteer driven and relies on volunteers from our membership for our ongoing operation and success.
